The reason I am writing is over a false advertising issue we have with a local Circuit City store in the Hamburg area of Lexington, KY. Cheap “Tricks” is the lowest form of service I have ever been a party to. The operation must be run by lawyers because lawyers are the only kind of scum that get away with stealing and using the monies at their discretion. Family Dollar Cheating the system & employee abuse Detroit Michigan
My manager has done well for our store, having brought it out of the dump and making it the top one in our district. The problem is, he's anything but professional. I realize that having a problem with your boss is a common occurrence, but I feel I have some valid points in writing this report. I purchased a DVD Player from Walmart last summer. The item stopped working, and is still within warranty, but I cannot locate the Company, as none of the contact information is valid, and Walmart also has no information on them in their warranty file.
