So I got a new phone around Christmas time. The phone wasn't working so I went to the store and returned it. The next phone didn't work so I returned it through warranty. The next phone I received still did not work right so the man I spoke with said that he would send me a similar phone, the LG slider. Circuit City Misrepresented products, false advertising Complaint
The reason I am writing is over a false advertising issue we have with a local Circuit City store in the Hamburg area of Lexington, KY. My wife and I were shopping there this past weekend (3/1/08), just out for our 24th anniversary. We came across what appeared to be a good deal on a video camera. Portable Dvd got for my daughter for xmas does not charge either with the ac adapter or car charger. Durabrand i have tried the number on back of the dvd player. Lenoxx Electronics Corporation Purchased a dvd player and am unable to locate company as it stopped working. None of the numbers listed are valid, and the address is also not valid. Edison New York Complaint
I purchased a DVD Player from Walmart last summer. The item stopped working, and is still within warranty, but I cannot locate the Company, as none of the contact information is valid, and Walmart also has no information on them in their warranty file.
