I started this program with the intentions of earning money processing rebates from home, with a 100% Money Back Guarantee within 90 days. First of all, the program has absolutely nothing to do with processing rebates. Their Customer Care department does not care for the customers and they don't know anything about the business. You call for help, they promise you a call back from someone that can help, noone ever calls you back. And as far as the money back guarantee goes? Well, that is a full on lie. I requested a refund on June 20th, with a written promise that I would receive my refund in 5-7 business days. Today is July 15th, no refund. I have called daily since June 24th, at times speaking to the same person, and the same person is telling me that my refund was successfully processed and to give my bank 24-48 hours to show the refund. My bank actually thinks I am nuts because I am calling them daily also. Frustrated, I called in tears and spoke to a Supervisor by the nam of Kim. Once again promising me that my refund will show within 24-48 hours. Now, this is the same person I spoke to 2 weeks ago, with the same response 2 weeks ago. Meanwhile, my daily calls has caused 7 different "Customer Care Associates" to hang up on me during the calls. They are supposedly in Irvine, CA, yet the call seems to be distant and every single associate has an accent. I am at my wits end, but I am here telling everyone my experience so the same thing doesn't happen to them. I am a stay at home mother of 4 small children. I saved for that 197.00. And now I am pleading them to refund it to me and they just don't care.
