When a complaint is submitted, it is reviewed by our staff. It is then determined whether there have been prior similar complaints filed with us. The complaints may then be reviewed by attorneys at no cost to the consumer and may become a part of an official court record and/or proceeding.

How come my complaint doesn’t appear on your website?

Not all complaints received our published on our site. When a complaint is submitted, it is reviewed by our staff. It is then determined whether there have been prior similar complaints filed with us. If there appears to be a common complaint against a product, service or company, the complaints may be published on our site to inform consumers.

Will I receive a response to my complaint?

When a complaint is submitted, it is reviewed by our staff. If additional information is required, you may be contacted by our staff. It is then determined whether there have been prior similar complaints filed with us. The complaints may then be reviewed by attorneys at no cost to the consumer, at which time, you may be contacted by an attorney and your complaint may become a part of an official court record and/or proceeding.

Will I receive a response to my email?

We welcome your thoughts and suggestions regarding the information provided by our site. If you have any news releases and/or reports you would like to share with us concerning consumers, please email these to us. When an email is received, it is reviewed by our staff. The primary benefit of this site is to provide tips and advise for consumers and inform consumers of personal experiences of other consumers. Due to the amount of emails and complaints received, we may not be able to respond to all emails. If you have a complaint to file, please complete the Consumer Complaint Form.
